A once in a lifetime experience in the heart of an orangutan sanctuary

An opportunity

Deep in Samboja Lodge lies a beautifully located eco-lodge within an orangutan sanctuary, mainly only utilised by volunteers. There was an opportunity to offer much more while spreading awareness of the importance of orangutan conservation by Borneo Orangutan Survival.

The result

Within a passionate team, ideas and hard work turned to reality: Experience Borneo. A separate site offering incredible experiences in Borneo, in coordination of the global partnership and the head office.
I’ve had the pleasure of coordinating, marketing and photographing unique retreats, all while supporting orangutans under their care.
